The bids shall be opened in single phase on 13 Avril 2021 in the Deliberation Room of Ebone Council.
The opening of administrative documents and technical and financial offers will take place on 13 Avril 2021. At 011 AM by the Internal Commission of Contracts A Ward at tached to the Contracting Authority in the Deliberation Room of Ebone Council.
Only bidders may attend this opening session or be represented by a duly authorized person of their choice.
