The bids shall be opened in two (02) phases in the conference hall of Eboné council.
The opening of the administrative documents and the technical offers shall take place on 13/04/2021 at 11 AM by the Tenders Board attached to the Contracting Authority in the deliberationhall at Ebone Council.
Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person of their choice. 
The opening of the financial offers shall take place after the result of the 1st phase.
