Contracting Authority, hereby re-launches a request for quotation FOR THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID 19 IN TINTO MUNICIPALITY, UPPER BAYANG SUB-DIVISION, MANYU DIVISION
Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in the Supplies of general merchandise.
The Amount of the project alter preliminary studies is fixed at five million (5.000.000) FCFA. 4.-Delivery deadline

The Quotation file may be acquired from the Tinto council Technical service upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt of ten thousand (10,000) francs CFA bearing the nome of the company from the Tinto Municipal Treasury.
Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted against a receipt at the Mayor of TINTO COUNCIL office not later than 20/04/2021. at 09 am local time and should carry the inscription:

The opening of the bills in one phase shall be done on 15/05/2021 at 10 am in the Conference Hall of TINTO COUNCIL by the competent tenders' board.

Bids should be cost inclusive of value added tax (VAT) and alI taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by the signed model tender if your bid is chosen.
