Within the framework of improving crop management and milling efficiency in Ndian and Lobe factories, the General Manager of Pamol Plantations Plc hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the supply of Two (02) Wheel Loaders to Pamol Plantations Pic.
The services of this contract comprise notably: (supply of two Wheel Loaders, transportation, handling, setting up and acceptance, as specified in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is =58.000.000= (fifty-eight million) Francs CFA
a) The supplies shall be in one (01) lot, defined as follows:
Supply of Two Wheel Loaders =58.000.000= (fifty-eight million) francs CFA TTC.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to local enterprises with experience in the supply of equipment of this nature.
The Supply which comprises the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by BIP
MINADER 2025.

Bidders must include In their administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, for an amount of =1,160.000= (one million one hundred and sixty thousand) francs CFA.

14.1 Eliminatory criteria
Bids shah be rejected when:
· Absence of bid bond,
· They do not have complete and valid administrative documents,
· They do not have complete Technical / Financial Offers,
· They do not conform to the Technical Specifications,
v They have falsified documents,
· They do not show proof of experience in the supply of heavy duty equipment.
· They do not meet at least four out of five of the essential criteria
· Absence of quantity unit price
· Non-compliance with the Tender Notice.
