The works comprise after the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information providcd in the technical specifications.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 05/08/2026 at 11:00am local time by the Fako Divisional Tenders Board in the office of the President, located at the Former Limbe I Council Building Down Beach Limbe. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

ELIMINATORY CRITERIA

Bids shall be rejected when:

1-    There's absence of bid bond with an attestation from CDEC in administrative document

2-    Absence of a category D certificate of categorization from MINMAP

3-    Failure to present missinu, and non-compliance adocuments in administrative offer -18 hours after opening

4-    There's any fake document, False declaration or forged document

5-    There's absence of quantitied unit price

6-    Absence of declaration on honour attesting that the bidder lias not abandoned any project.
