Participation to this consultation is opened on equal conditions to Cameroon-law based enterprises in possession of Authorization of the exploitation of the services reserved to CAMPOST (law no 2006/99 of 19 December 2006).
The supplies, subject of this consultation are financed by the Public Investment Budget of the Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, 2017 financial year.

Upon publication of this notice, the tender file may be obtained during working hours at the Call for Tender Support Unit (room 225) on the 2nd Floor of the Regional Delegation of Public Contracts for the Center located at Omnisport), Tel: 22218150; as from publication of this notice, upon presentation of a receipt testifying payment of a non-refundable application fee of twenty-five thousand (25,000) F CFA, payable in the CAS-ARMP special account No. 335988 open at BICEC. The receipt must indicate the number of the Consultation Notice. The receipt must carry on it the number of the tender. Bidders must leave behind their full contact details i.e.: post box, telephone or fax numbers.
Each offer drafted in English or French and seven (7) copies, one (01) original and six (06) copies sealed and marked as such, in conformity with the tender file, must reach the Regional Delegation of Public Contracts for the Center no later than 27th February 2017 at 12 0’clock local time and shall be labeled as follows:

Opening of bids will take place on the 27th February 2017 at 1.00 pm prompt by the Center Regional Tenders Board at the meeting Hall of the Center Regional Delegation of Public Contracts 2nd floor at Omnisport.
Only bidders are allowed to attend the bids opening session or be duly represented by a person of their choice.

Compliance of bids
Any bid not in keeping with the prescriptions of the consultation file shall be declared inadmissible.
Subject to rejection, other administrative documents must imperatively be produced in originals or copies certified by the issuing service or a competent authority dated no more than three (03) months.
