The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner for the execution of the service is One (01) month.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, and of an amount of two hundred and sixty thousand (260 000) CFA F which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The opening of administrative documents and the technicalifinancial bids will be on 18/06/2021 at 11 am prompt local time by the National School Administration (NASLA) Internai Tender's Board in the conference hall of the Libruary of the NASLA.

The bidders shah] remain comrnitted to their offerslbids for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
