The works comprise notably:
- The supply and installation of fully automated flex printing machine;
- The supply and installation of a machine for cover production;
- The supply and installation of a fast glowing machine;
- Training of personnel on the usage of the equipments to supply.

Contractors must submit their bids in seven copies (one original and six copies) to the office for Development, Physical Plant and Infrastructure, Bambili campus of the University of Bamenda, on or before the _27/04/2021_ at 10:00 am prompt. The envelope containing the bids should carry the inscription:

“REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

No. 21-0001/ RQ/UBa/CIPM/2021 OF _06/04/2021 
FOR THE SUPPLY OF BINDING EQUIPMENT FOR THE CENTRAL LIBRARY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BAMENDA
To be opened only during the bid-opening session”
