In order to provide his staff with a tool intended to support them in their daily activity, the General Manager of the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance (FEICOM), Contracting Authority, hereby launches a Consultation Notice for request for quotation for the manufacturing and supply of 2017 VIP and pocket diaries to FEICOM.

The services which are the purpose of this Consultation Notice include the manufacturing, transport and supply of 1000 diaries including 200 pocket diaries and 800 VIP diaries.

The cost of the said services is estimated at thirty million (30,000,000) CFA F ATI.

The maximum time-limit provided by the Contracting Authority for the delivery of the services which are the purpose of this Consultation Notice is forty five (45) days with effect from the date of notification of the instruction to perform the contract.

The required administrative documents must be submitted in original copies or copies certified true by the service which issued them, otherwise they shall be rejected. They shall date not more than three (03) months or shall be issued after signing of this Notice.

Any bid reaching after the prescribed date and time limits shall not be admissible.

The opening of bids shall be carried out in one stage by the Tenders Board of FEICOM in FEICOM’s conference room on…………….............at 12 o’clock prompt.

Only bidders or their duly authorized representatives with a sound knowledge of the bids may attend the tender opening session.
