The offers drafted in English in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, along with a model of the signed bid, shall be deposited against acknowledgement of receipt at the Public Contracts Service of  the Douala Gynaeco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital (DGOPH ), and opened latest  on18/05/2021 at 1pm prompt, local time, by the Tenders Board of the Douala Gynaeco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital (DGOPH ) sitting in the conference hall of the Administrative Building of DGOPH. The opening of bids shall take place in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their chosen representatives who have a thorough knowledge of the tenders in their responsibility.
