Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2017. The NORTH West Regional Delegate of Public Contracts (Contracting Authority), hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MUNICIPAL GRANDSTAND IN MISAJE MUNICIPALITY, DONGA MANTUNG DIVISION NORTH WEST REGION.

The works comprise notably:

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is seventy two million seven hundred and
sixty five thousand three hundred and seven (72 765 307) FCFA.

The works is in one lot.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all registered Cameroonian enterprises, with the necessary technical, financial and legal capacities.

The said works shall be financed jointly as per the convention signed between FEICOM and MISAJE Council assigned to the Mayor MISAJE Council as Authorising Officer with the budgets of 2017.

Each bid drafted in English or French in six (6) copies including the original and five (5) copies marked as such, the Private Secretariat of the Regionali DeleMte of Public Contracts North West, door number 101, not later than 08/08/2017 at 12.00 noon and should carry the inscription:

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is FOUR (04)months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a firstrate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, and of an amount of one million four hundred and fifty five thousand (1 455 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids

Under penalty of being rejected, only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officers) must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender.

They must obligatorily be not older than three (3) months preceding the date of submission of bids or may be established after the signature of the tender notice

Any bid not in compliance with the prescriptions of the Tender File shall be declared inadmissible. This refers especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance.

The bids shall be opened in twophases. The opening of the administrative file and the technical bid shall first take place followed by the opening of the financial bids of bidders who obtained the required minimum technical score.

The opening of administrative documents and the technical bids on 08/08/2017 01.pm local time by the North West Regional Tenders Board situated at SONAC Street Bamenda.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

The opening of the financial bids shall take place at the end of the technical analysis and shall only concern bidders who obtained the minimum required score of 70%.
