14.2 Main Qualification Criteria

The evaluation of the following essential criteria be done in a binary manner (Yes or No).

1- Presentation of the bid ;

2- Company’s general references ;

3- Technical features of equipment in conformity with the Specifications of the Tender File;

4- Financial standing ;

5- Planning and dateline ;

6- Methodology and organization ;

7- After-sale service ;

8- Proof of acceptance of the contract.

N.B: Main criteria are divided into sub-criteria that are listed in the Specific Regulation of the Invitation to Tender document (RPAO). Technical and safety features listed in the CCAP constitute the major technical specifications of the supply.
