The works comprise the output of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical speciticationsworks comprise the following:
- Site installation.
- Preparatory works
- Drainage works
- Concreting of tablier
Cost preview is = 10 000 000 Frs (Ten million francs)
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fultil the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Works of ibis invitation te tender shah be financed by -Tombel Council Investment Budget of the 2017 financial year.

Each bid drafted in English or French in six (06) copy sand one (01) original marked as such. should reach the tender hoard's service of Tombel Council. against a receipt not later than at 10 am local lime in three (03) distinct envelops which shah be labella as follows:

12. MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be the following:
- Non respect of models of Tender file YES/NO
- Methodological approach and relevance of proposed solutions; YES/NO
- References of the bidder (experience of at least three (03) years in similar work:sr)(attach proof) YES/NO
- Availability of the essential equipment YES/NO
- Experience of key supervisory staff (at least Electrician Engineering Senior Technician with 10 years' experience or Electrical Engineer with Cive (05) yearsof experience). YES/NO
-Turnover Financial capacity Access to credit or other financial sources ten millions( 10 000 000 FCFA)
- DEADLINE OF EXECUTION YES/NO
The non-respect of two (02) criteria out of seven (07) shall cause the elimination of the bid
The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file
Bidders shah be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
