Within the framework of the execution of 2017 Public lnvestment Budget, the Mayor of Tombel Council (contracting Authority), on behalf of the Ministry of livestock fisheries and animal industries hereby launches an Open National invitation to tender For The Construction of Pastoral Bore Hale With Solar Energy in Tombel Kupe Muanengumba Division .
The works subjects of this contact inciude: Implantation of the structure
- Installation of work and mobilization Digging
- Bore hole equipment
- Testing and development of the pomp
- Execution of structure
- Disinfection of bore hole, installation of pomp and formation of maintenance agent. Physico-chimique analysis, and bacteriological of bore hale
The estimated costs of the opération following prior studies stands are 20 000 000 (twenty millions) CFA francs.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open ho national enterprises registered under Cameroonian law with proven experience.
Works which from the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the public investmet budget of the 2017 financial year

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Project Owner of delegated project owner for the execution of the works subject of this tender shall be three (03) months for each lot. The maximum execution timeframe of the works is with effect from the date of notification of the notice to proceed of work.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first class-bank approved by the Minisiry in charge of finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 400 000 (four hundred thousand) FCFA, and valid for ninety (90) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers.
