Participation to this Consultation is open to Cameroonian companies,specialized in the domain, with at least five (05) year uninterrupted experience in the supply of the said aquipment and three (03) similar contrcts of at least twenty (20) million CFA each over the last three years.
The services which are the purpose of this Consultation Notice are financed by the 2016 budget of the special council support fund for mutual assistance (FEICOM), budget line "22-22-000:office equipment and furniture",financial year 2016.

The maximum time-limit provided by the Contracting Authority for the delivery of the services which are the purpose of this consultation notice is twenty one (21) days with effect from the date of notification of the instruction to perform the contract.

The required administrative documents must be submitted in original copies or copies certified true by the service which issued them, otherwise they shali be rejected. They shah date not more than three (03) months or shah be issued after signing of this Notice.
Any bill reaching after the prescribed date and Ume limits shah not be admissible.
The opening of bids shah be carried out in one stage by FEICOM's Internai Tenders Board in FEICOM's conference room on 06 juillet 2016 at 12 o'clock prompt.
Only bidders or their duly authorized representatives with a sound knowledge of the bids may
attend the tender opening session.
