• Mindful of Decree 93/056 of 6th February 1993 appointing Mr NDEH John BEGHEN), Director General of the North West Development Authority (MIDENO),

• Mindful of the Financing Agreement Number 2CM0066 signed between the Islamic Development Bank and Government of the Republic of Cameroon for the financing of the Uvestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP) North West Region,

• Mindful of Arrêté  N° 018/A/MINMAP of 11 November 2013, creating the Special Tenders' Board for the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP)

• Mindful of the General Procurement Notice of the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP) of 10 January 2014

• Mindful of Request for quotations N° 16/RFQ/MIDENO/LIFIDEP/STB/2016 of 26/9/2016 for the supply and instaliation of office furniture, computer and office equipment in two(2) lots

• Mindful of the recommendation of award by the LIFIDEP Special Tenders Board meeting of 27/10/2016

• Mindful o fnon-objection letter N°AGR-40/3388 of 20/11/2016 of the Islamic Development Bank(IDB),

HERBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
