Within the framework of the 2017 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Kumba II Council hereby launches a Request for Quotation

The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated cost of the project after preliminary studies is 28 084 635 CFAF

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation.

5.Financement New(Additif)

Services which form the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2017 financial year.

6.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

The file may be consulted during working hours at the office of the Lord Mayor Kumba Il Council as soon as this notice is published.

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The file may be obtained from the office of the Lord Mayor of Kumba II Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 30.000 FCFA, payable at the Treasury, Kumba II Council.

Each bid drafted in English or French in six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the lord mayor not later than.21/08/2017 at 10 am and should carry the inscription:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is Two (02) months

10.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Bldders must include in their administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a bank opproved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and recognized by COBAC featuring on the list in Document VII of the request for quotation of an amount of 561,695 CFAF and valid for thIrty (30) deys beyond the validity of the bids.

Linder pain of being rejected, only originels or certified true copies from the issuing

·orvice or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordance with the special conditions of the request for quotation. They must not be aider than three (03) months.

Any bid not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and request for quotation shall be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by an approved bank by the Ministry in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of the request for quotation documents shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without appeal.

12.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on the e/C/2017 at 11am local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of the kumba II Council, located at fiango kumba. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney

13.Critères d'évaluation New(Additif)

A bid shall be rejected if:

It lacks any Administrative document;

The technical score is less than the minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document;

- Absence of any quantified unit price.

Non compliance with the model bid documents (Documents 9 and 10). It carnes any false information.

- Absence of the manufacturer's prospectus and maraud

- Absence of license or authorization from the manufacturer.
