THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF THE NORTH WEST LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT FUND (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY);

-         Mindful of the Constitution;

-         Mindful of Decree No. 317 of 8/11/1974 creating and organising the North West Livestock Development Fund;

-         Mindful of Decree No.2018/366 of 20/6/2018 instituting the Public Contract Code;

-         Considering Restricted National Invitation To Tender no. 006/RNIT/CDENO/CITB/2026 of 18/06/2026 6 to select a consultant for the training of stakeholders of the dairy sector by emergency procedure

-         Considering letter No. 00001189/L/MINEPIA/SG/DAG/SDBMM OF 29/06/2026 reallocating the Funds for the above mentioned tender to SODEPA

DECIDES

ARTICLE 1: That Restricted National Invitation to Tender No. 006/RNIT/CDENO/CITB/2026 OF 18/06/2026 has been CANCELLED.
