Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the 19/10/2021 at 11:00 a.m. local time (GMT+1). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on the 21/05/2021 as from 12:00 noon local time.
   Each bid will be written in English and in four (04) sets, comprising one (01) original and three (03) copies labelled as such. It should be labelled as follows:
