Within the framework of implementing the activities related to Year 2 (2017) of the State/SOWEDA 'Contrat Plan' the General Manager of SOWEDA hereby lauches an open National Invitation to Tender for the supply of maintenance tools, office furniture and agricultural & office equipment under the Technical Restructuring Axis of the 'Contrat Plan'.
The services related to this contract shall comprise the supply of maintenance tools for the Administrative Garage in Buea, office furniture for the Documentation and Archives Centre in Buea and agricultural & office equipment for the Seed Multiplication Centre in Ekona.
The estimated cost of this tender is FCFA 51,000,000 broken down as follows.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are experienced in the supply of maintenance tools, office furniture and agricultural & office equipment and which fulfiil the requirements of this invitation w tender.
The supplies which are subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed as follows:
Interested bidders can consult the tender file at the Head Office of SOWEDA, Buea (Department of General Affairs) during working hours (7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.).
The tender file may be obtained from the saine address above, as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 60,000 (sixty thousand) francs CFA, payable into the CAS-ARMP Account N° 335 988 in any BICEC Bank Brandi.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the SOWEDA Head Office (Department of General Affairs) South West — Buea, against a receipt not later than 17/10/2017 at 10.00 a.rn. local time and labelled as follows:

Each bidder must include in their administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of Bids amounting, as follows:

The Bids shall be opened in a single phase on 17/10/2017 at 11 a.rn. local time in the SOWEDA Conference Hall by the SOWEDA Internai Tenders Board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated
