The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Urgent Open International Invitation to Tender for the supply of materials for CDC Rubber Factories.
The nature of the services involves the Supply, transportation and handiing of the items as per the following lots:
Lot one: Supply of Bearings and Bearing Seals
Lot two: Supply of Electric Motors
Lot Three: Supply of Spares for SEW EURODRIVE Equipment
The estimated budget for the supplies is as follows;

This Urgent Open International Invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises with experience in the supply of the above items.
The Supplies of the above shah be financed by the CDC 2017 Budget.
Interested Bidders can consuit the tender documents on the CDC website at www.cdc-cameroon.com , or at the General Manager's Office (Room 208), CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe, South West Region Cameroon during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 26/09/17 Bidders %hall be expected to pay a non-refundable fixed sum of 125,000 FCFA for the Tender to the ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001-89 with BICEC.
Complete offers written in either English or French and in SEVEN (7) copies (One Original and SIX Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 208), CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe on or before the 28/11/2017 at 1:00 pm Local time or by Registered mail to Cameroon Development Corporation.
The duration of execution of the supplies shah be within one hundred and twenty (120) days CIF Douala for oversea bidders; one hundred and thirty (130) days delivery to the CDC Supplies Department Tiko for Local bidders from the date of notification of the service order to commence supplies

The tender guarantee shah! be issued by any internationally recognised Bank for bidders out of Cameroon and any financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 for local bidders. The Tender guarantee shall have a validity period of Ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.
Complete offers written in either English or French and in SEVEN (7) copies (One Original and SIX Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 208), CDC Head Office Bota — Limbe on or before the 28/11/2017 at 1:00 pm Local time or by Registered mail to Cameroon Development Corporation.
The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

"To be opened only during the bid-opening session"
The Bid Opening session shall take place at the Internai Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head office Bota-Limbe on the 28/11/ 2017 at 2:OOpm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder is allowed
- There is absence of an Administrative document.
- There is Incomplete technical /Financial offer
- They have falsified documents or false declarations
- Failure to respect three (3) Out of four (4) of the main qualification criteria which must include (d) shah result to the elimination of the offer.
Article 12: MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

Article 13: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LOTS WHICH A BIDDER CAN WIN: Bidders can tender for more than one lot and can win more than one lot.
Bidders shah remain committed to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Deys from the date of bid opening
