1.         Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2017, The South West Regional Delegate of Public Contracts hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE ROAD: KONYE (INTER RN8) — NYANDONG (14.5KM) IN KUPE MUANENGUBA AND MEME DIVISIONS, SOUTH WEST REG ION.

The works comprise notably:

• Installations (work site including bringing and folding up of equipment);
• Cleaning and eartftworks; Clearing of vegetation; Ordinary earth cutting and deposit;

-      Full with pozzolana from borrow pit or quarry; Removal of bad soit (purge); Reforming of the road platform;

-      Reshaping/compaction including creation of ditches and offshoots with grader;

-      Creation of ditches and drainage outlets or offshoots;

-      Surface course of gravel laterite

• Drainage;

- Supply and laying of metallic culverts (diameter 800 and 1000mm); - Construction of masonry sumps (drainage) and culvert heads;

• Reworking of wooden decking of bridge;
• Reinforce cernent concrete dosed at 300kg/m³ for concreting of hillsides;
• Guard rail of mixed material (concrete mast and galvanised steel pipes). Further details are provided in the technical specifications and the estimate details.

The estimated budget inclusive of taxes after preliminary studies is Four hundred and eighty two million five hundred and twenty thousand and eighty two (482,520,082) FCFA.
