Within the framework of 2022 Investment Budget, the Mayor of Belo Council, Contracting Authority hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the Supply of medical equipment in 03 Lot (LOT1- TUMUKU INTERGRATED HEALTH CENTER, LOT2- BELO MEDICALIZED HEALTH CENTER and LOT3- MEJANG INTERGRATED HEALTH CENTER) in Belo –Sub Division.

The services of this Request for quotation include the supply of Medical equipment to 03 different Health Centers in Belo (LOT1- TUMUKU INTERGRATED HEALTH CENTER, LOT2- BELO MEDICALIZED HEALTH CENTER and LOT3- MEJANG INTERGRATED HEALTH CENTER)

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is lot1 =14,000,000 (Fourteen million francs), Lot2= 15,000,000 (fifteen million francs) and Lot3= 8,000,000 (Eight million francs)

Participation to this Request for quotation is open to Enterprises with proven experience in this domain.

Consultation File, of an amount of lot1- 280,000 (Two hundred and Eighty Frances) F CFA; Lot2- 300,000 (Three hundred thousand francs) and Lot3- 160,000(One hundred and Sixty thousand francs) and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The file may be consulted and obtained at the Belo Council, with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 28,000 (Twenty Eight Thousand) F CFA for Lot1; 30,000 (Thirty thousand francs) and 16,000 (Sixteen Thousand francs) FCFA into the Belo Council Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file.

Complete bidders’ files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in Seven (07) copies including the One original file and six (06) copies on the 31/03/2022 at 10:00 AM local time in sealed envelopes, in the Belo Council, bearing on:

The dead line of execution is Sixty (60) days from the date of notification for this Jobbing Order to begin.

 Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found in this Consultation File, of an amount of lot1- 280,000 (Two hundred and Eighty Frances) F CFA; Lot2- 300,000 (Three hundred thousand francs) and Lot3- 160,000(One hundred and Sixty thousand francs) and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

Bids will be opened on the 31/03/2022 at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Belo Council, by the Council Tender’s Board, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives who have full knowledge of the files if they so desire.

The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
