The estimated cost after preliminary studies is as follows: 11 500 000 FCFA

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this invitation is open to registcrcd /qualified bidders of the Republic of Cameroon v‘ith linancial ability, technical and professional expertise in Supplies.

5.Financement New(Additif)

The supplies, subject of the present Request for Quotation, shah be financed by the Public Investment Budget 2022.

l'he quotation file may be consulted at the Alou council, within working hours from 8:30am to 3:OOpm.

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

fhe Consultation file may be acquired from the Alou council upon presentation °fa non-refundable treasury receipt bearing the narre of the company

Each offer or bid draftcd in Fnglish or French in seven (07) copies that is one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file. Bids should be suhmitted against a receipt at the Alou council not liter than 19/04/2022 at 9:30 am local lime and should carry the inscription:

Each bidder must include in his documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in

document N^°. 5 of the Tender File, with a validity period of thirty (30)days from the date the bids are opened.

The opening of the bids in one phase shail be donc on 19/04002/ at IO am in the Conference I lall of the Alou council by the competent tender board.Only bidders may attend or be duly representcd by a person of their choice, who has full knowledge of the file

Complcmentary information may be obtained every day during working hours from the service of award at the Alou council, within working hours from 8:30am to 3:00pm.
