Development Bank and Government of the Republic of Cameroon for the financing of the
Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP), North West Region;

•  Mindful of Arrete N® 018/A/MINMAP of 11 November 2013, creating the Special Tenders'

Board for the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP).

•  Mindful of Decision N^00348/D/MINEPIA/SG/DAG of 25 june 2014 appointing KeyStaffof

the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project(LIFIDEP)

•  Mindful of Arrete N^ 464/A/MINMAP of 5 December 2016, completing and modifying

certain articles of Arrete N^ 018/A/MINMAP of 11 November 2013 creating the Special
Tenders' Board for the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP).

•  Mindful of the General Procurement Notice of the Livestock and Fisheries Development

Project (LIFIDEP)of 10 January 2014

•  Mindful of Open National Competitive Bidding N°18/ONCB/MIDENO/LIFIDEP/STB/2015

of 04/10/2016 for the supply of equipment for the construction and rehabilitation of fish
ponds for the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project,

• Mindful of the recommendation of award by the LIFIDEPSpecial Tenders' Board meeting of

22/11/2016,

•  Mindful of non-objection letter NO AGR40/16 of 01/01/2017 of the Islamic Development

Bank(IDB),

HERBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The contract for the supply of equipment for the construction and rehabilitation of fish ponds, result of Open National Competitive Bidding NO 18/ONCB/MIDENO/LIFIDEP/STB/2015 of 04/10/2016 has been awarded to TWINLEX LTD, P.O BOX 8219 YAOUNDE Cameroon.
Article 2: The total amount of the contract is 42 749 000 (Forty two million seven hundred and forty nine thousand) Francs CFA exclusive of taxes.
Article 3: The delivery schedule for the supply of the equipment is 30 (thirty) days from date of notification to start delivery.
