Within the framework of the 2022 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Limbe I Council launches a Request for Quotation by Emergency Procedure, for the supply and installation of a corpse freezing box in Bota Hospital mortuary

The supplies comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

The estimated costs of the supplies after preliminary studies is:13,000,000 FCFA

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this request for quotation

Services which form the subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2021 financial year. Budget head No

Interested eligible bidders may consult the request for quotation file during working hours Monday — Friday as from 7:30am — 3:30 pm at Limbe I Council Office.

The file may be obtained from Limbe I Council from 31/03/2022 from 7:30 — 3:30 Monday — Friday, presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of non-refundable fees of : 15,000 FCFA, payable at Limbe I Municipal Treasury.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including one original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Mayor Limbe 1 Council on 26/04/2022 at 10: OOam local time and should carry the inscription:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the supplies is Seventy-five (75) Days.

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bancaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 5 of this tender file of an amount of 260.000 FCFA

NB: It is set al 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninely (90) days from the date the bids are opened
