VVithin the frarnework of the Public Investment Budget 2017, the South West RegionalDelegate of Public Contracts, hereby launches an Invitation to Tender (By mutual agreement procedure) for the reha-bilitation of the priority rural road Ikoti — Mokango — Motako in Ndian Division, south west region (2017 financial year).

Cleaning of drainage structures;
Putting in place of drainage structures with associated structures (metallic ring culverts, box
culverts, culvert heads and collection chambers);

The estimated cost aller preliminary studies is One hundred and thirty Pive million (135 000 000) FCFA.

Indicatively, the criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will be on: -General Presentation, compliance with the model bid
- Methodological approach and relevance of proposed solutions;
- References of the bidder (experience of at least three (03) simifar works)(attach proof)
- Availability of material and essential equipment
- VVork supervisor: A Civil Enginser with at leasl five (05) years of experience fulfilling the conditions of his field of competence.
- Site foreman: At least a civil engineering senior technician or equivalent with at least five (05) years ex in the domain of road maintenance or a civil Engineer with at least three (03) years' experience in the domain.of road maintenance. . _
- Turnover, Financial capacity, Access to credit or other financial sources, fifty millions (50 000 000 FCFA);
-Deadline for execution the non-respect of 70% criteria shall cause the elimination of the bid

The contract shah be awarded to the bidder with the least financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.
Bidders shall be dound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the opening of bids.
