NAUTICAL ARTS AND FISHERIES INSTITUTE (TANTAH) FAKO DIVISION , project owner, an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER (BY THE EMERGENCY PROCÉDURE) FOR THE REALISATION OF BOREHOLE EQUIPPED WITH SUBMERSIBLE SOLAR PIJMP AT THE LIMBE NAUTICAL ARTS AND FISHERIES INSTITUTE (LINAFI) FAKO DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION..

The works comprise notably:

.  Preliminary work

.Drilling works.

. Design- Cleaning and Development-Pumping Test.

.  Supper structure Emerge pump installation

.      Maintenance system

.  Construction of 5m high water tower

.  Roofing. of Water tank tower

.  Distribution network.

.  Construction of wash band sinks.

The estimated cost of the works after preliminary studies is thirty million tvvo huridred thousand (30 200 000) FCFA

This project is in a single lot.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all registered Cameroonian enterprises, who are specialized in borehole drilling projects with the necessary technical. financiat and legal capacities.

Supplies which from the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by LINAFI Budget 2017 Financial Year Budget head

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegaled Contracting Authorily for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is Three (03) months.

Each bidder must incluude in his  administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and  whose list is  found in document n0 12 of the Tender File and of an amount of six hundred and twenty thousand 620 000 FCFA which is valid for Ninety 90  days beyond the date date of validity of bids.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach room 04 Regional Delegation of Public Contracts Office Buea not later than    13 NOV 2017  at 09 a.m. local firne and should carry the inscription:

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative documents, the technical and financial bids on 13 nov 2017          at 10 am prompt local tirne by the South VVest Regional Tenders Board situated at the Conference Hall of the Regional Delegation of MINMAP, in the MINEPAT Building.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

-   Methodological approach and relevance of proposed solutions;

- References of the bidder (experience of at least two (02) years in civil engineering and construction works)(attach proof).

- Availability of material and essential equipment

-   Experience of key supervisory staff (at least Civil or Rural Engineering Senior technician with 10 years' experience or Civil or Rural Fngineer

with three (03) yoars of experience).                                                              _______
- Turnover, Financial capacity, Access to credit or other financial sources twcnty million (20 000 000 FCFA);

- Deadline of execution.

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
