The Director of NASPW hereby issues a consultation notice for the maintenance of security at the National Advanced School of Public Works, Yaounde.

Participation in this tender is open on equal conditions to Cameroonian enterprises with an authorization to ensure the security of public institutions.

The services will be financed by the Autonomous Budget of the National Advanced School of Public Works for the 2016 fiscal year.

The Consultation Request File (CRF) can be consulted, upon publication of this notice, at the Project Owner’s Secretariat at NASPW Yaounde, P.O. Box 510 Yaounde, Tel: 222 23 09 14; Fax: 222 22 18 16 during working hours.

The Consultation Request File (CRF) can be withdrawn, after publication of this notice, at the Project Owner’s Secretariat at NASPW Yaounde, P.O. Box 510 Yaounde, Tel: 222 23 09 14; Fax: 222 22 18 16 upon payment of a non-refundable sum of fifty thousand (50 000) CFA francs into the account titled CAS-ARMP No. 335 988 60001-94 at any BICEC branch.

Each offer presented in English or French, in septuplicate including, 1 (one) original and 6 (six) copies labeled as such, should reach the Project Owner’s Secretariat at NASPW Yaounde, no later than 23 May 2016, at 12 noon, local time. It should be marked:

“Consultation Notice No.003/DC/MINTP/CIPM-ENSTP/2017 of 08 MARCH 2017 relating to security at the National Advanced School of Public Works, Yaounde

Financing:NASPW Yaounde Autonomous Budget for the 2017 fiscal year

“To be opened only at the opening session.”

The execution time limit will be 12 (twelve) months with effect from the date of notification of the notice to proceed.
