Within the frammork of implementing the activities related to Year 2 (2017) of the StatelSOWEDA 'Contrat Plan' the Director General of SOWEDA hereby launches an -open National Invitation to Tender for the supply of agricultural & office equipment under the Technical Restructuring Axis of the 'Contrat Plan'.
The services related to th is contract shall comprise the supply of agricultural & office equipment for the Seed Multiplication Centre in Ekona.
The estimated cost of this tender is FCFA 16,000,000 (Sixteen Million).
The supplies that are subject of this tender shall be in 01 (One) Lot only.
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian based enterprises that are experienced in the supply of agricultural & office equipment and which fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The supply which is subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Contrat Plan Etat /SOWEDA: Line MINFI Chapitre 93/2017
Interested bidders can consult the tender file at the Head Office of SOWEDA, Buea (Department of Administration & Finance) during working hours (7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.).
The tender file may be obtained from the same address above, as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of 20,000 (twenty thousand) francs CFA, payable into the CAS-ARMP Account N° 335 988 in any BICEC Bank Branch.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies comprising one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the SOWEDA Head Office (Department of General Affairs) South West Buea, against a receipt not later than 21/11/2017 at 10.00 a.m. local time and labelled as follows:
The deadline provided for the delivery of the various items that are subject of this tender is fixed at 02 (Two) months.
Each bidder must include in their administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids amounting to FCFA 320,000 (three hundred and twenty thousand francs)

Any document poorly drawn up, not bound as per Article 24 of the Public Contracts Code or not prOduced in
seven (7) copies shah be rejected.
The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 21/11/2017 at 11 a.m. local time in the SOWEDA Conference Hall by the SOWEDA Internai Tenders Board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

Absence of prospectus accompanied by the technical sheets from the manufacturer

The contract shah! be awarded to the bidder whose administrative bid shall be up-to-date, technical bid judged satisfactory and who shall be the least bidder.
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
