Within the context of the execution of the above-referenced project, SODECAO intends to solicit the security services for its head office and the residences of the General Manager and the Deputy General Manager in Yaounde.

    The consultation file can be obtained from the Contracts service upon presentation of a receipt of payment of the sum of thirty-five thousand (35 000) CFA francs issued by BICEC after making a deposit in the Special CAS-ARMP Account No. 335988.

-        Absence of authorization;

-        Absence of bid bond;

-        Turnover more than or equai to fifteen million (15 000 000) CFAF                                                                     10 Points

- Beginning of service equals a maximum of two 42) gays from the date of notification of 10 Points the notice te proceed

-        Qualification of managerial staff (CV and diploma(s))                                                                                    25 Points

-        References of bidder, at least two (2) contracts executed                                                                           15 Points

-        Letter of guarantee for the security of SODECAO                                                                                        15 Points

- Professional experience of staff (attestation of employment)                                                                                10 points

-        Civil Iiability insurance coverage issued by an authorized insurance company                                                   10 points

For each of the technical bids scoring a minimum of seventy 70 points on a hundred (100), SODECAO's Internai Tenders Board shah assess their financial bids.

The contract shah be awarded to the bidder who shall, after analyzing the financial bids, score at least seventy ( ) points and shah have the bid considered the Iowest and the most realistic.
