Participation is opened to i duly registered Cameroonian enterprises with the necessary technical and financial capa ities, who are not under suspension by the authority in charge of public contracts

5.Financement New(Additif)

works which form the subj t of this request for quotationshall be financed by The SOUTH WEST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY INVE MENT BUDGET 2022; IMPUTATION: 222150.

The tender file may be consul d during working hours (7:30am to 3:30pm) at the South West Regional Assembly, cabinet of the President as soon as this notice is published

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The tender file may be obtained from the Contracts Service Office of the South West Regional Assembly as soon as this notice is publi hed and upon presentation of a non-refundable purchase receipt bearingthe sum of Forty thousand (40,000) FCFA payable to the Treasury of the South West Regional Assembly. 9.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum deadline provided y the Project Owner for the execution of the works of the vehicle is three (03) months.

10.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include i his/her administrative documents, a bid bond that respects the models of this tender file, hued by a first-rate banking establishment and other financial

institutions approved by the inistry in charge of finance, (see list in document No. 11 of this
tender file), and of an amou t of Four hundred thousand (400,000) FCFA valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity • bids.

12.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The offers shall be opened in a single phase. The administrative, techni al and financial bids shall be opened on, the 07/06/2022 at 11.00 a.m., local time by the South West Regiona Assembly Internal Tender's Board in the conference hall.

Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a IDE -son of their choice, who has a full knowledge of the file and mandated in that capacity.

- Omission of a quantified task on the bill of quantities and cost ^,?stimates; Enterprise with an abandoned projects in the South West Reg on;

- Enterprise under suspension

Non satisfaction of at least 70% of the main qualification criteril.
