Within the framework of 2022 Public Investment Budget the Mayor of Buea Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches the Request for Quotation by emergency procedurefor:THE SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT TO SOME INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTERS IN BUEA
LOT I: Supply of Equipment toMile 16 Integrated Health Center
Lot II: Supply of Equipment to Great Soppo Integrated Health Center.

The supplies comprise notably: supply of equipment, handling, setting up and acceptance.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is Lots  10,000,000 (Ten Million) FCFA per totall taxes inclusive

The supply is in two(2) Lots as follows:
Lot I: Supply of Equipment to Mile 16 Integrated Health Center
Lot II: Supply of Equipment to Great Soppo Integrated Health Center

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises or companies that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Supplies which form the subject of this request for quotation for lots I toll, shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2022 financial year, budget head Number

The file may be consulted during working hours at the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Buea Council, Tel: 233 32 35 63 from the date of publication of this notice.

The file may be obtained from the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Buea Council as soon as this notice is published against a payment of a non refundable sum of Thirty fivethousaiid (35.000) FCFA payable at the Buea Council Treasury.

Each bid drafted in English or French in Seven (07) copies including one (1) original and six (06) copies marked as such; should reach the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Buea Council not later than03/06/2022 at 12 am adnshould carry the inscription:

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be as follows: Lot 1- 2: One (01) month

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found in document No. 11 of the tender file, of an amount of Two hundred thousand (200,000)Francs CFA per lot beyond the date of validity of bids.

Subject to being rejected, only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officer, Divisional Officer etc) must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender.
They must obligatorily not be older than three (03) months preceding the date of submission of bids or may be established after the signature of the tender notice.
Any bid not inconformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance or the non-respect of the models of thetender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejection of the bid.

The bids shall be opened in asingle (01) phase on 03/06/2022 at 13 pm localtime by the Buea Council Tenders Board in the Buea Council Chambers.
Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by 5- person with a written — authorization and with a sound knowledge of the tender file.
Maximum number of lots
A bidder may be awarded all two(02) Lots mentioned in the tender file

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least evaluated financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for Ninety (90) days from the deadline, set for the submission of tenders.
