The Lord Mayor of Tubah Council, Contracting Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation FOR THE FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FISH FEED TO AKOHNIBONG CIG, TUBAH SUB DIVISION IN MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION.

The services of this request for quotation include the supply of items described in the bill of quantities and cost estimates below;

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 7,000,000 (seven million francs);

The supplies are one lot as follows:

 SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FISH FEED TO AKOHNIBONG CIG, TUBAH SUB DIVISION IN MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION.

Participation in this consultation is open to Small and Medium Size Enterprises with proven experience in this domain.

Supplies which form the subject of this Request for Quotation shall be financed by the Budget of the Ministry of MINMESSA.

The Tender file could be consulted at Tubah Council, (Mayor's Secretariat) on publication of this invitation to Tender

The file may be consulted and obtained at the Santa Council, Mayor's Secretariat with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of 20,000 into the Tubah Council Municipal Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file. 

Complete bidders' files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in 07 copies including the original file and 06 copies Marked as such on the 17/05/2022 at 10:00am local time in sealed envelopes, in the Mayors' Secretariat caring the following registration

The dead line of execution is Sixty ( 60 ) days from the date of notification for this Jobbing Order to begin.

 Each bidder must include in his Administrative Documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found in this Consultation File, of an amount 140,000 CFA (one Hundred and forty thousand)

Bids will be opened on the 17/05/2022 at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Tubah Council, by the Tender's Board members, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so longed for.

The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
