The services of this request for quotation include the supply of items described in the bill of quantities and cost estimates below;

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FISH FEED TO AKOHNIBONG CIG, TUBAH SUB DIVISION IN MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION.
Participation in this consultation is open to Small and Medium Size Enterprises with proven experience in this domain.
Supplies which form the subject of this Request for Quotation shall be financed by the Budget of the Ministry of MINMESSA.

The file may be consulted and obtained at the Santa Council, Mayor's Secretariat with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of 20,000 into the Tubah Council Municipal Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file.

Bids will be opened on the 17/05/2022 at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Tubah Council, by the Tender's Board members, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so longed for.
