The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 07/06/2022 at 11.00am local time by the Limbe III Council office at Chop Farm — Bimbia. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shall be rejected if:
It lacks any Administrative document;
The technical score is less than the minimum required (<70%);
It has any fake or forged document;
Absence of any quantified unit price. r
Noncompliance with the model bid documents.
It carries any false information.
