The quotation file may be consulted at the Menji Council, within working hours from8/30 am to 3:00pm

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The Consultation file may be acquired from the Menji Council upon presentation of a non-refundable Municipal treasury receipt of 20,000 francs CFA bearing the name of the company.

9.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

- Each bidder must include in his documents, a bid bond of 120,000 FRS issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of finance and whose list is found in document N°. 5 of the Tender File, with a validity period of ninety (90)days from the date the bids are opened

11.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The opening of the bids in one phase shall be done on 07/06/2022 at 11 am in the Conferen Menji Council by the competent tender board.

a) Main Eliminatory Criteria: Bids shall be rejected for:

n Incomplete or non-compliant administrative file after48hrs

False declaration or forged document;
A technical score of less than 70%.
Incomplete financial bid;
Omission of a quantified unit price in the-price schedule;
Absence of a Sub-detailed (breakdown) of price.

b) Main Qualification/Essential Criteria

The criteria relating to the qualification of a bidder are as follows:

- General Presentation, compliance with the model bid.

- Methodology of supply delivery dateline.
- References of the bidder (experience of at least three similar works)(aftach proof).	(03) years in

- Experience of key supervisory staff

13.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of opening
