-his Urgent Open International Invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises with experience in the supply of the above equipment.
The Supply of the equipment shah' be financed by the CDC 2017 Budget and the European Union as per BAM 2017 programme.

Bidders shall provide a tender guarantee amounting to 2,427,710FCFA equivalent to 3,701,020Euros;
The bid bond (tender guarantee) shall be issued by any internationally recognised Bank for bidders out of Cameroon and any financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 for local bidders. The bid bonds (Tender guarantee) shall have a validity period of Ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.

Bids shall be rejected when
- There is absence of any Administrative document.
- They have Incomplete Technical/financial offer.
- They have falsified documents or false declarations;
- Failure to respect five (5) Out of seven (7) of the main qualification criteria which must include 4, 5,6, and 7 shall result to the elimination of the offer
