Participation in this consultation is opened to Cameroon Small and Medium Size Enterprises that are In compliance with the laws of the land.

This project shall be financed by the Bamenda II Council budget for 2022 under budget head  number 222/190

The Consultation File could be consulted in the Mayor's secretariat of the Bamenda II Council  Office after the publication of this of this consultation

The file may be consulted and obtained in the Mayor's secretariat of the Bamenda II Council Office  with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to  the payment of a non-refundable fee of 150,000 FCFA (one hundred and fifty thousand Francs CFA)  into Bamenda II Council Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the Quotation File .

Complete bidders' files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in seven (07) copies  Including one (01) original file and six (06) copies on the 07/16/2022 at 10:00 AM latest time In sealed  envelopes, in the Mayor's Secretariat of the Bamenda II Council bearing the inscription:

“CONSULTATION 04/RQ/B.II.C.ITB/B.II.C/B.II.SD/P1B/MEZAM/NWR/2022 OF 23/06/2022 FOR THE SUPPLY OF  WHEEL LOADER (Front End), and DUMP TRUCK to the BAMENDA II COUNCIL, MEZAM  DIVISION OF a THE NORTH WEST REGION

To be opened only during the Tenders Board Opening session

The dead line of execution Is sixty (60) days from the date of notification of this Jobbing Order  to begin

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate  banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list is found In this  Consultation File, of an amount of 4,700,000 CFA (four million, seven hundred thousand) CFA and  valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

Bids will be opened on the 16/07/2022 at 11:00 AM In the conference hall of the Bamenda II  Council, by the Bamenda II Council Internal Tenders Board, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desired.
The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (EVAT) and all taxes Inclusive (ATI)  and accompanied by a signed model submission.
