Consultation of the Quotation Request File

A quotation request file including the conditions of submission, a description of the work and the contractual conditions envisaged, is made available by the Mayor Contracting, on behalf of the Mayor Project Owner, to any qualified company interested in carrying out the said works.

The works are made up of a single batch:

The quotation request file can be withdrawn free of charge from the Public Contract Service’s of the Council of ESSE from March 18, 2022 during working days, between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., upon publication of this Notice.

Conditions for submitting tenders

The tenderer shall place the original and six copies of his tender in a sealed envelope addressed to the Mayor of the Council of ESSE, Contracting Authority, at the Public Contract Service’s of the Council of ESSE, located at ESSE.

Deadline date and time for submission of bids Bids must be received at the address indicated in the Request for Quotation, before the date and time set in the Request for Quotation. Any bid submitted after the set time will not be opened and will be returned to the bidder. Deadline for receipt of tenders 18 April 2022, at 10 a.m. at ESSE Opening of tenders The tenders will be opened in the Municipality of ESSE and address specified in the Counting session by the Internal Tenders Commission in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers who so wish, on the dates and times of the Quotation Request letter.

The names of the tenderers and the amounts of the tenders will be read aloud and will be recorded by the Secretary of the the Procurement Commission, in the minutes of the bid opening session.
