The present request for quotation has as subject, the acquisition of a pick-up double cabin 4x4, air conditioned with 04 doors and 06 places vehicle, for the account of Eséka council in Nyong and Kellé Division.

The services to be presented in this present Request for Quotation is the acquisition and supply of the equipment, transportation, handling, installation and acceptance.

The estimated cost of the operation following prior studies stand at 24 180 000 (Twenty five million francs) CFA.

The acquisition shall be in one (01) lot.

The participation in the present Request for Quotation is equally open by conditions to all the companies of Cameroonian right (law) and having skills in the field of vehicle supply.

The present Request for Quotation is financed by the FEICOM investment budget 2016.

The file can be consulted at the Eséka council, during working hours from the publication of the present Request for Quotation.

The file can be obtained from the Eséka council as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable deposit sum of XAF 45 000F (Forty five thousand francs) CFA payable at Eséka council Treasury.

Each offer drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Eséka council, located behind the S.D.O’s Office Eséka: 699 96 93 99 / 677 77 26 37, not later than the 12^th of APRIL 2017 at 12:00 noon and should carry the inscription:

The maximum supply deadline provided for by the Project Owner or Delegated Project Owner for the acquisition subject of this quotation shall be one (01) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Minister of Finance of an amount of 483 600F (Five hundred thousand francs) CFA, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers.

The opening of the offers will take place on the 12^th of APRIL 2017 at 1:00 PM. By the Internal Tenders Board. This will be done at the conference hall of Eséka council in the presence of bidders or mandated representatives, who have a perfect knowledge of the bids.

The contract shall be awarded to the lowest bidder, complying with the technical and administrative requirements. Offers that are not presented in three (03) volumes shall be simply rejected, and also to offers that does not comply with the RPAO

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for sixty (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
