The Senior Divisicnel Officer of Bcmboutos hereby launches a consultation construction of four (04) boretiolesequiped with amanual pump in needyschollsatBagam, Bamendjing, Bâti and Bamenyam In Gallm sub-Division, Bamboutos Division, west région.
The estimated cost of the works is 32 000 000 (Thirtytwomillions) CFAfrancs.
Participation in this Invitation to tender shall be open to Cameroonian-based enterpnses wrth experience in the Hydraulic domain.
Work subject to this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment budget 2022 of the Ministry of the Economy, Planning and Régional Development.
The tender file may be consulted during working hours at the Bamboutos Divisional Office, upon publication of this invitation to tender.
The Tender files can be obtained during working hours from the Bamboutos Divisional Office against présentation of areceipt for payment to the Public Treasurys of anon-refundable sum of 60 000 (sixty thousand) CFA francs, representing the cost of acquisition of the Tender files.
Each offer drafted in English or French and seven (07) copies, one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, under seal, without indicating the identity of the bidder, subject to rejection, achieve Bamboutos Divisional Office, no later than 05/09/2022 at 11:00a.m local time deposited against a receipt and shall be labelled:
"REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
N°03 /DC/F.31/SAEF/CDPIVI/22 OF 03/08/2022 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AFOUR (04) BOREHOLES EQUIPED WITH MANUAL PUMP IN NEEDY SCHOOLS AT BAGAM, BAMENDJING, BATI AND BAMENYAM IN GALIM SUB-DIVISION, BAMBOUTOS DIVISION, WEST REGION
TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING THE TENDER REVIEW SESSION"
The deadline of execution set by the Contracting Authorlty shall be (03) three months.
Each bidder shall Include in his/her administrative file, a provisionai guarantee issued by a well- established bank, approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list features mthe Consultation File with a validity period of 30 (thirty) days beyond the original date of vaildity of blds to the tune of FCFA 640 000 (Six hundred and fourty thousand).
Any other requlred administrative documents must be produced as original documents or photocopies certified as authentic by the issuing authoritywithin the last three months or in course of validity, according to the listing provided for in the spécial régulations of the tender, otherwise they shall not be accepted.
Any bid not in compliance with the spécifications of this tender notice and file shall be rejected.
Notably, the absence of the provisional guarantee issued by a well-established bank approved by the Ministry In charge of Finance or its non-compliance with the model documents of the tender file shall
lead to outright rejection of the bid
The opening of the offer dpcument taining the administrative, technical and financial will be in one time. It will take place 05/09/2022 local time. She will be in the Divisional Délégation meeting room of MÏNEPAT of Bamboutos in Mbouda by the Divisional Commission for Public Procurement sitting in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized représentatives and having perfect knowiedge of the case.
MAIN ELIMINATORY CRITERIA:
• Absence of an administrative document in the tender and not regularized on 48 hours:
• Absence of on submission caution at opening some offers;
• False déclaration, falsified, forged documents ;
• Obtain less than 70% of yes;
• Omission of a quantified unit price in the financial bid;
• Absence of déclaration on honour of no abandonment of yard
The contract shall be attributed to the lowest btdder and whose bid compiles with the technical spécifications
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) days with effect from the date of opening of bids.
