The bids shall be opened in a single phase.
The opening of the administrative documents and of the technical and financial offers will take place on 05 May 2022 at 12 o’clock local time by the tenders board of the contracting authority in the meeting room of NDOM Council. Only bidders may attend this opening meeting or be represented by a unique person of their choice duly authorized
