Within the framework of the promoting entrepreneurship and supporting the creation and structuring of social economy units and enterprises, the Mayor of Mbanga Council, Contracting Authority, launches in emergency procedure, a Request for Consultation for FOR SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT TO THE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY SOCOOPEM IN MBANGA COUNCIL, MOUNGO DIVISION 2022 exercise .

This service consists of SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT TO THE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY SOCOOPEM IN MBANGA COUNCIL, MOUNGO DIVISION

The estimated cost of this operation is six Millions (6 000 000) CFA francs.

Participation in this Competition Application is open to Cameroonian companies established in the NationalTerritory. However, companies' having works abandoned or in progress will not be able to take part.

Services, subject of this Listing invitation to tender are financed by PIB/MINPMEESA, financial year 2022

The tender file can be consulted and obtained as from the publication of the present invitation to tender at the Internal Services of Tender Board sis Technical Service of Mbanga Council, Contracting Authority, P.O. BOX 49 MBANGA, Phone 699703029/679747499, e-mail commune.mbanga@gmail.com, upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable sum of fifteen thousand 15,000 FCFA, at the Municipal Treasury of Mbanga.

"To be opened only during the bid opening session".

The maximum delivery deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be thirty (30) days.

Each bidder shall include in his/her administrative documents, a bid bond of one hundred and fifty thousand (150 000) FCFA issued by a first rate-bank approved by the Ministry of Finance.
Under pain of rejection, the administrative documents required, must be produces in originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or an Administrative Authority (Senior divisional Officer, Divisional Officer..) in accordance with the condition of the invitation to tender
They must not be older than three (03) months preceding the original date of submission of birds or must not have been establish after singing of the tender notice.
Any complete tender in accordance with the prescription of tender file shall be declared inadmissible, especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-class bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on  15/09/2022  the at  12 AM local time, by the Mbanga Council Internal Tenders Board at Mbanga Council Only bidders may attend or duly accredited representatives of their choice.

The eliminatory criteria will focus on:

• Absence of a Bid Deposit
• False statement or falsified document;
• The absence of a quantified price.
• The administrative document not in conformity and not regularized within 48 hours.

Bidders will remain committed to the offers during nineteen (90) days, from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
