Article I: That the jobbing order FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF KOBLA WATER SUPPLY SCHEME AND A BOREHOLE EQUIPPED WITH
MANUAL PUMP IN BALIKUMBAT COUNCIL AREA  NGOKETUNJIA DIVISION OFTHE NORTH V\/EST REGION, has been awarded as follows;
