The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea hereby launches Open National Invitation to Tender No.002/ONIT/TB/UB/18 of 30/01/18 for the Supply and Installation of Electrical Power Generators at the Higher Technical Teachers Training College of the University of Buea in Kumba.
The services of this Jobbing Order comprise purchasing, transportation, installation and reception of generators, and construction of generator houses at the Higher Technical Teachers' Training College of the University of Buea in Kumba.
The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is 45,000,000 (forty-five million) FCFA including taxes.

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all Cameroon based qualified registered enterprises that must have proven expertise in the domain of supply of equipment.
Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Investment Budget of the University of Buea, 2018 financial year, Programme 241, Article 440040, Paragraph 610320.

The maximum deadline provided by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the delivery of this supply is four (04) months.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance of an amount of 900,000 (nine hundred thousand) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids. The bids shah be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative, technical and financial bids will be on 06/03/2018 at 11:00 a.m local time by the University of Buea Tenders Board in the Board Room of the Central Administration Building, in the presence of the contractor or a duly mandated representative.

Absence of a bid bond and/or Attestation for Bidding Purposes False declaration or falsified documents;
- Obtaining a technical score of less than 18 yeses out of 26 possible yeses;
Absence of prospectus accompanied by the technical sheets from the manufacturer;
- Non-conformity with technical specifications
- Average annual business turnover of less than 40,000,000 (forty million) FCFA for the past three
years supported by business licenses for 2016 and certificates of non-indebtedness for 2017 and 2018.
