The Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatory Development (GRASSFIELD II) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following goods: 04 cassava graters

This invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online AFDB517-08/14 of 7/08/2014 on-line and on the African Development Bank Group's Internet Website.

The Government of Cameroon has received a loan and grant from the African Development Bank in various currencies to finance the cost of the Grassfield Support Project for Rural Infrastructures and Participatory Development (GRASSFIELD II). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the supply Cassava 04 graters.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of GP-DERUDEP II, behind Finance Building, Ayaba street, P.O. Box 1116 Bamenda, Tel: 233 36 10 07; Fax: 233 36 16 65.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of 50,000 FCFA payable to the Cashier of Grassfield II against a receipt.

Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 06/03 /2018 at 11:00 a.m prompt.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank Rules and Proceduresfor the Procurement of Goods and Works.

Bids must be accompanied by a security using of 850,000 FCFA (eight hundred and fifty thousand).

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend, on 06/03/2018 starting 12:00 noon in the Conference Hall of Grassfield II at the same address.
