The nature of the services involves the handling, transportation and Supply of the 2018 Labour Day T-shirts and caps as specified in the Technical Specifications

Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the General Managers office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) Mondays to Fridays as from 2/2/2018 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 50,000 FCFA for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001-89 with BICEC.

All deliveries shah be done at the Corporation's Head Office, CDC Limbe. The duration of execution shall not exceed thirty (30) days from date of notification of the service order to commence supplies

The Bid Opening Session shah! take place at the Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head Office Buta-Limbe on the 23/2/2018 at 1..00 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder shall be allowed in the opening session.
