ROAD N11 (MILE 4 JUNCTION - BAMENDA III COUNCIL (1.8 KM) AND MILE 4 JUNCTION -

MBELEWA JUNCTION (2.6KM) in Bamenda III Sub Division, worth Four Hundred and Eighty-four

Million, Eight Hundred and Twenty eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty-six (484,828,736)

CFA FRANCS all taxes inclusive.

Article 2. That the above mentioned will realize the work within six (06} months as from the date of notification of Service Order to start the work.

Article 3. That the Bamenda III Council Tender's Board in close relationship with the Director General EDGE BAMENDA is charged with the drafting of the Jobbing Order related to this contract.

Article 4: The present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
