Article 1. That BAMBUIY ENGINEERING SERVICES AND TECHNIQUES, is awarded the contract FOR THE SUPERVISION AND CONTROL OF THE TARRING OF ROAD N11 (MILE 4 JUNCTION -BAMENDA III COUNCIL (2.4 KM) AND MILE 4 JUNCTION - MBELEWA JUNCTION (2.6KM) in Bamenda III Sub Division, worth TEN MILLION (10,000,000) CFA FRANCS all taxes included.

Article 2. That the above mentioned will realize the work within five (05) months as from the date of notification of Service Order to start the work.

Article 3. That the Bamenda III Council Tender's Board in close relationship with the Director

General BAMBUIY ENGINEERING SERVICES AND TECHNIQUES is charged with the drafting of the Jobbing Order related to this contract.

Article 4: The present decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
