Article 1; DECENT HIGHLAND ENTERPRSE, P.O. BOX 11, FUNDONG has been awarded the contract to rehabilitate/construct one (1) Classroom/Office block, Pit Toilet for Classroom/Office block, Manager's Residence, Manager's Kitchen, Pit Toilet for Manager's Residence, Supervisor’s Residence, Supervisor’s Kitchen, Pit Toilet for Supervisor’s Residence, Dry House type 1, Dry House Type 2 and water supply in TDC Mbiyeh (lot 2) in Donga Mantung Division belonging to the North West Development Authority (MIDENO) for the sum of Twenty Two Million, Four Hundred and Seventy Eight Thousand, Six Hundred and Three (22,478,603) f cfa VAT inclusive.

Article 2: The rehabilitated/constructed structures/infrastructures shall be delivered within duration of Two (2) months from the date of notification to start delivery.

Article 3: The present Decision shall be registered and communicated wherever and whenever necessary.
